Plan of study

MS in Telecomm is my major of studies. It’s a very interesting course it provides a technically rigorous, interdisciplinary blend of graduate level courses in communications systems and networks, augmented with exposure to telecom policy, law, and business. The emphasis of the course is on mastering the complexity of systems that are deployed on massive scales and constantly evolving. Program also combines various technical courses focusing on internet protocol, wireless system, and network security with instruction in system engineering and management as well as policy and legal aspects of telecommunication.  This enables us to   understand the details of the technology that drives our communication system and are able to place the technology in a broader context.

Academic advisor : Shyam Prakash Pandula

I need to meet my advisor at least twice in a month. Need to discuss with him my course calendar how courses are and how to study for some new courses.  Completion of paperwork if I get low scores in mid term I need to discuss with him my limitation and tactics to overcome my shortcomings.
